What is CityStasher?

Citytasher is the new way to do left luggage. We sign up businesses, in particular hotels, that have space to store people’s bags. Tourists can then book and pay to store with you. We’ll take care of all the marketing, insurance, legal and admin, meaning you get paid for simply storing the bags and offering great customer service.

We are fully security compliant and if you have any specific requirements we will work to match them.

Why Become a CityStasher Host?

Do you have extra space at your business? Maybe a backroom, spare room or basement? Would you like to see that space making money for you?

CityStasher can help you do that. We can list your space and then customers can book and pay to store their bags with you. The process is really easy.


  • REVENUE – You take 50% commission on every stash. Prices start at £6 per bag per day (£5 outside London). Storing just 5 bags a day would earn you over £350 a month. Your business may also benefit from the extra footfall of customers.
  • EXPOSURE – You’re business will be listed on our website. You can offer special offers or discounts, and customise your page as you desire, so it’s essentially free advertising.
  • FREE – You pay nothing to sign up – we’ll list you for free!
  • EASY – You only have to handle the drop off and pick up – CityStasher takes care of all the administration, marketing, organisation, insurance and security. It’s a really low-effort way to make extra money.
  • FLEXIBLE – You can set limits on how many bags you store and if you want a break, we can arrange that. You can also pause your listing at any time.
  • EXPERIENCE – You’re providing a useful service that improves a person’s experience of visiting a city!

How It Works

We make everything as easy as 1 – 2 – 3:

  1. When a customer books, you’ll get an email with the details.
  2. They will turn up with the same email and you run through the quick security check.
  3. Store their bags until they pick them up. Remind them to leave a review!

If you get lots of bookings, we can supply you with cloak tags & cable ties.
